🍃Hello Gods and Goddess!

Thank you for joining me this week for TrapYoga! I had a blast with y’all per usual.

We were on the topic of vulnerability,

Being and staying open to your loved ones.

Being out here in LA, I’ve had to learn a lot of hard lessons.

One being able to protect myself from harm and others in a large city.

Which can leave you feeling a little more hardcore than you’d expect.

But you can do things to keep yourself from becoming too hardcore.

One thing I did was send flowers to my loved ones.

To show them that I love them and even though I’m out here working my ass off! I’m still open to them and will always love them.

I hope you can relate.
