So, the topic was working out on your period!
Lord have mercy, itâs hard for me to work out on my period.
I feel all drained(for good reason)
The cramps, the bloating, the constant craving for chocolate.
All that happening and you just feel weak.
Idk, how you guys deal with it, but Iâve put together some custom ideas that you can use that helps me to stay consistent through my time of the month!
Iâll give you guys a couple!
For example Iâll set up like a reward systems with my favorite treat.
I LOOVE chocolate chip cookies. So, Iâll keep in mind all day that I have a batch waiting for me at the end of the night so it propels me to get the work done during the day.
Also, this ones tricky Iâll keep my workout for the end of the day because I just donât have the energy.
Also I like to get up early and get it done.
If you end up doing that, be careful you might not go at all!
