TrapYoga Closing Statements: (Imposter Syndrome)

Wow!

What a practice!

I had a great time stretching with you guys.

So we are on the topic of "Imposter Syndrome" and ways we can combat those feelings.

As I said during the video, I feel this way often what I do is i for one keep my loved ones close so that I can always have constants support and encouragement.

Because who better to hold you up than your family and support team!

Second, I keep a close record of my work. So I can see where I've come from and where I'm going. Keeping a detailed record of my work really helps me to move forward and continue my journey and my process.

Thirdly, I only worry about what I can control, theres only so many things you can do to change the outcome of things, focus on what you can control and not what you can't or youll end up running in circles and frustrating yourslef.

So, those are the ways I deal with those feelings.
