TrapYoga 20 Minute Stretch (Working out w/PMS)

I had a great time!

It has been great getting back into the swing of things and being back to work


So, the topic of the day! Don't mind us men this one if for us ladies!

the topic is Working out when you are on your period or pmsing.

I swear it's gotta be the hardest thing trying to workout during your time of the month

I literally feel like I dragging a huge piece of bloody meat down the street whenever I try to run or work out during my period.

I don't know what you guys do to combat those feelings, feeling weak, tired, fatigued. i mean waaaay more than usual.

It is just that our bodies are trying to reproduce a being so it's sending all the energy to that, but I feel like that's the best time to work out because it helps balance your body and appetite while you crave chocolate and things.

Anyways, here are some things that I do to help me get through my pms week and keep me on track for my workout routine.

First thing I try to do is I'll have my favorite snack be a motivator for the day to get me to get my workout done.

It helps because then I have something to look forward to and it acts like the gold at the end of a rainbow. LOL! for lack of better examples.

Second thing that I try to do is sometimes I'll save my workout for the end of the day.

I'm generally a workout during the day type person, or morning so if I'm too tire to go in the day I'll go at night and that helps take the pressure off.

Be careful with that though because you can end up not going at all!

Third thing that I use to help is these vitamins called Flo-vitamins they are a Gd send, they literally help regulate your mood swings so it makes it easier to go about your day how you need and you don't have to worry about feeling bad about anything. I mean not as bad as you would otherwise.

So yeah, these are the tings I do to help me out when I'm not feeling up to my workout during my period.
