Hello Gods and Goddess
Thank you so much for joining me for TrapYoga a couple weeks ago!
We got a chance to practice in the park!
It was incredible and we got a really nice day to practice!
The topic was Trust the Process, life can come at you so fast and you never know which direction it's going to take you in.
Having goals and aspirations can make it hard to be patient for the things you want to achieve.
I have always been a really ambitious person and being patient and trusting the process has always been difficult for me as I'm sure it may be difficult for some of you too!
Since moving to LA and finding my own path it has become a little easer to let go and trust my process.
Something that has saved me so much stress and time.
Especially when it come to my life as a creator.
It's important to me to be able allow my creative energy to form as it may.
For my I had to trust the process in a few different ways.
One, I had to trust the process with my makeup! WHEW! LORD have mercy,
no one told me it was going to be that hard to learn how to put makeup on.
When I first started I really was like its like face paint how hard can it be?
MMM its hard as hell!
There's shading, and contouring, and brushes and all these things that I was sure I wouldn't be able to do, but I did!
I finally leaned my style of makeup and it's been the best thing ever!
I challenged myself and because I trust the process in due time I was able to learn my makeup down.
Another way I had to trust the process was building a butt! strength training is no joke let me tell you, building is much harder than losing weight.
but has I kept building my work started to show.
I now have a nice plump dairyer.
Third thing I had to trust the process with is being able to create my own content!
Man, I think that alone as been on ongoing learning experience for me.
Never ending I'm still learning things about my art that I didn't know before and I am now able to create for myself.
I don't have to wait for any other brand to put me on, I can FINALLY put myself on.
So, like I said these are the things I had to trust the process with and it hasn't been easy, yet it has been well worth it.
In what ways can you trust the process in your life??
In your work, personal life, friends?
How do you be patient and allow your blessings to come to you??
