Hello God and Goddess
Thank you so much for joining me last week for practice! I had a blast!
we got to stretch and I got a chance to show you guys my new style that I did on my hair.
So! Today we are talking about learning to let go.
So much easier said than done. I find myself fighting to hold on to things, emotions, people that just serve me anymore.
Like right now, I am on the job hunt to find a good gig that can help supplement my salon right now. Let me tell you it had been one of the most challenging things I've had to do in awhile. Since covid, unemplyment has been at an all time high and your girl is not trying to be one of them.
Anyhoo. I've been applying and applying and I just cant seem to get a yes!
As much rejection as I face in modeling and acting, you would think that I would be used to it by now, but no. I'm not!
I'm learning to let go.
Learning to not take so much heed in new opportunities and learning to let go of the jobs and opportunities not meant for me.
SO HARD!
Or in another instance learning to let go when it comes to people!
Sometimes certain people are not meant to be in your life anymore and that might be a girlfriend that you don't have anything in common with anymore or a boyfriend that just doesn't give you the spark anymore.
Learn to diffrentiate what stays and what goes.
Or who for that matter.
Learn to let go of people that do not fit in to your life anymore.
It IS okay.
You are not a bad person for knowing yourself enough to say what goes and stays in your life.
Learn to differentiate what stays and what goes for a stress free life. You will save yourself so much time and money and stress and age lines if you just learn to let go.
How do you do it?
What are some areas in you life that you could learn to let go?
Let me know, I love reading your comments!
