Hello Gods and Goddess!
Welcome and thank you for joining me today for another episode of TrapYoga!
I had a blast!
You guys gotta be getting flexible by now because of all the stretching we do.
So yes, today we talked about "Imposter Syndrome"
Feeling like you don't quite fit in, and doubting your abilities and feeling like a fraud.
It disproportionately affects high-achieving people, who find it difficult to accept their accomplishments. Many question whether they're deserving of accolades.
It can be crippling.
I often times feel this way and it sucks.
But today we talked about some things that we can do to combat those feelings.
Some of the things I do is one I keep my loved ones close those that know me and understand who and what I'm going through.
So they can be around to encourage me when I fell this way.
Another thing I do is I try not to focus on the things I can't control, and only focus on the things I can.
I often times get sucked into my own world and obsess of ver things that are absolutly out of my control and that doesn't solve any thing because it just cause d more stress.
The third thing that I try to do is keep a close record of my work and that way I can go back and see how I've progressed, a year ago, what was I doing and how does it compare to what I can do now?
That really helps most of all.
I'm curious to know what are some ways you may cope with this feeling as well,
I would love to know? Please send me a message on here and I we can connect our experiences.
Love ya'll
till next time!
Namaste!
Oo yeah book all your hair apps with me on here!
