TrapYoga 20 Minute Stretch ( Healthy Foods)


Hello Gods and Goddess!

Always a good time stretching with good people.


So todays topic is "Healthy Foods"

Today I got a chance to tell you about all my favorite healthy foods and I hope you can incorporate some of them into your diet.

First thing that I absolutley love is Avocado with a little honey drizzled on top of it! OOO! So good!

Second healthy food that I like is Apple and Peanut butter, not i have a not so natural obsession with Peanut Butter so, you know ho that goes.

Or do you?

Idk, best thing made in life.

Anyways what was the third thing...

OO...OO!

The third healthy food that I like is a nice fresh salad, of any kind. I've been enjoying the Chopped version of salads.

So! That's my secret and don't tell anyone I told you!

OO! So I am vegan so that's why all my meals are pretty much healthy!

Being vegan helps to to keep that waistline thin.

What are some healthy foods you like to eat?

I'd love to know see if I can add it to my diet.
