TrapYoga 20 Min Vinyasa Flow (Lesley Fitghmaster passed away)

🍃Hello God and Goddess!🍃

So last weeks practice was on a bit on a somber note.

Lesley Fightmaster my mentor and legendary yoga instructor has passed away.

My heart is so heavy for her and her family.

I had to do a practice for “Grief”

A nice practice that just gave us time to remember such a wonderful soul who truly meant a lot to me.

Sending so much love to Lesley’s family as we forge forward towards a stronger yoga community.

Death doesn’t have to be the last thing between you and someone you’ve lost.

Their memories live long past that.
